Class Name: CANCELLED Flippity 2: Making More Interactive Games with Spreadsheets

Class Description:
Turn a Google Spreadsheet into a jeopardy style review game,
spelling list manager or quiz to earn a certificate. Track students
with the Flippity Progress Indicator and badge tracker. Also learn
how to create a Mix & Match grid for creative writing or Mad Libs.
This session is for teachers and support staff with basic knowledge
of Google Sheets. This is a ‘make it take it’ session. Come prepared
with 6 subject specific categories with 5 related questions (for each
category) to build the jeopardy game. You may also want to bring
spelling lists and 5 multiple choice or True False questions for the
Quiz tool.
NOTE: At least 5 participants must register for this event to take
place.
Classes are free for districts with PD contracts. Contact your tech
coordinator or treasurer if you are unsure whether your district has a
contract. Otherwise, a 3 hour class costs $50.
