TCCSA will be using ZOOM for this workshop. Prior to the
workshop, you will receive the ZOOM ID and password. You
do not need ZOOM accounts to join in this online webinar.
This session is one of six that either one representative
from each building or district (that will do this for
several buildings) MUST attend. You only need to attend one
session, they are all the same. This session will cover the
step by step procedures needed to be run at your building(s)
to be able to start the scheduling process for the 21/22
school year. This session will be HANDS ON.
Please print, review options and bring the 21-22 SYI Survey
document (located in DASL, home/portal page, Documents
section) to the session you sign up for, along with your
district calendar, or best guess at the time to help you
during the process.

please print (close to the training date) the materials
below and bring them to the sessions.

section. This survey will help you with the process for the
