Class Name: SI (DASL) - 24-25 School Year Initialization Process (SYI)
Class Description:

This session is one of five that either one representative
from each building or district (that will do this for
several buildings) MUST attend. You only need to attend one
session, they are all the same. This session will cover the
step by step procedures needed to be run at your building(s)
to be able to start the scheduling process for the 24-25
school year. This session will be HANDS ON.

Below are directions to training materials for the session.
If participants wish to have a hard copy of the materials,
please print the materials below to have available. Within
DASL - click on the Document Icon, Within the Learning
Center, select the Student Information option, select
StudentInformation: Procedural Checklists, then Management
section,
and select:

1. School Year Initialization
2. Student Promotion

Please Review/Print the * 24-25 - School Year Initialization
Survey * (to be) found on the Home page in DASL in the
Documents
section. This survey will help you with the process for the
SYI session. In this section, please also print/review the
24-25 - School
Year Initialization Examples. Please bring these along with
your best guess
calendar for the 24-25 school year.
