Class Name: 25-26 School Year Initialization (SYI)
Class Description:

This is one of six HANDS-ON sessions that either one
representative from each building or a district rep (that
will do this for all buildings) MUST attend IN-PERSON. You
only need to attend one session, they are all the same. This
session will cover the step-by-step procedures needed to be
run at your building(s) to be able to start the scheduling
process for the 25-26 school year.

Below are directions to training materials for the session.
If participants wish to have a hard copy of the materials,
please print the materials below. Within SI/DASL - click on
the Question Mark, then Learning Center. Select the Student
Information option, select StudentInformation: Procedural
Checklists, then Management Section, and select:

1. School Year Initialization
2. Student Promotion

24-25 - School Year Initialization Examples (Note: It has
not been updated yet but still a great example)
The survey will help you with the process for the SYI
session.
Also please bring your 25-26 school year calendar even if it
is not approved.
